Information you give us. When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we may ask for information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing or delivery address (“Personal Information”).

Orders
To buy from us, you must provide contact information such as your name, email address, and billing address. If you choose local delivery, you must also provide your delivery address and may add delivery instructions. We use this information to process payment, fill your order, and contact you about your order.
Payments. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.
Local delivery. If you choose local delivery, we may check your address using the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup service to confirm that it is within our delivery area. Your name, address, delivery instructions and order details are shared with the people who deliver your order.
Managing your order. Your order emails include a private link for managing your order. Anyone who has that link can view and manage the order, so please do not share it.
Emails
Order emails. We send emails about your orders, such as order confirmations, pickup or delivery reminders, changes to arrangements, delivery notices, cancellations and store credit codes.
Newsletter. We send newsletters and promotional emails only to people who sign up for them. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send. Unsubscribing from our newsletter does not stop emails about orders you place.
Cookies
